Destroying the Constitution
In my wildest imagination I never thought I’d see the day when our country’s founding principles were so under attack. Wilder Publications has published a book with many historical documents in it like the US Constitution, The Federalist Papers, the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederacy and many others. The book starts out with this disclaimer: “This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today… Parents might wish to discuss with their children how views on race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and interpersonal relations have changed since this book was written before allowing them to read this classic work.” Liberals or as they want to be know as progressives, have attacked the Bible in this way for many years. Now they want to attack the very documents that made this country great.
Liberals can’t stand the idea that the constitution stands in the way of totally ruining this country. Obama has made it no secret that he thinks the constitution limits him too much. A Supreme Court nominee, who has absolutely no judicial experience, feels the same way as Obama and the libs. I know what our founders had in mind when they signed the greatest document ever created by man. It was to limit the role and scope of the federal government in our lives.
For years the libs couldn’t get what they wanted so they turned to the courts. The 2nd Amendment is solidly written in stone. It guarantees our right to keep and bear arms. It is a God given right. Yet they keep trying to pass gun laws. Somewhere in the constitution they find the right for a woman to kill her baby and allow the government to control our health care. Sorry it is not there.
I have been reading a book by Robert A. Levy and William Mellor entitled, The Dirty Dozen: How twelve Supreme Court cases radically expanded government and eroded freedom. It should be must reading by any law student. Many of these cases were from the FDR court’s twisting of the commerce clause and the general welfare clause. This misuse of the commerce clause and general welfare clause is how the libs try to justify Obamacare. They have put their liberal agenda ahead of liberty and our God given rights.
Before the end of June the Supreme Court will rule on McDonald v Chicago over the right of an individual to own a handgun in Chicago. One would have thought that Heller v DC would have settled this. Dailey and his goons in Chicago as in other cities refuse to abide by the constitution. This case will determine if the Supreme Court is going to side with the constitution or pull out some funky international law and decide with the liberal values of today. Should they rule in favor of Dailey then this country is doomed. All the other nine amendments in the Bill of Rights hinge on the 2nd Amendment.
Lastly that wingnut Democrat from Florida, Alan Grayson, says that people who say "drill, baby, drill", should be locked up in jail. I know the libs hate any speech from conservatives but I don’t think that would get very far if he turned into a bill. It is going to happen if libs vote to limit talk radio or the internet therein limiting free speech. The non-Obama agenda promoting press better watch out because they are next.
Contrary to what Wilder Publications, Obama, Kagan, or the libs believe the US Constitution as well as many other historical documents is still relevant as ever today. So is the Bible. Both are living and breathing.

Calderon is a big fat liar
I was not nearly appalled at Mexican “President” Calderon’s slap at a sovereign state for their immigration law as I was at the standing ovation given him by the Democrats. The man had just attacked the great state of Arizona and Democrats were happy about it. By that little display we see where the Democrats stand on illegal immigration.
Then the lies began when he said I love your constitution. First lie out of his mouth after that was that 80% of the weapons seized from drug cartels came from the US because of the lifting of the “assault weapon” ban. Jews for the Protection of Firearm Ownership puts the figure of guns seized at 17%. The left leaning LA Times even debunked that claim of 80%. This information about the guns coming from the US going into Mexico came from Dr. Shannon O’Neil of the Council on Foreign Relations, Douglas Dillon Fellow for Latin America Studies. Talk about making stuff up to further an agenda. I would sure like to find one of those gun stores. I need a grenade launcher, a .50 cal, an M-60 and a good stock of AK-47s. A lot of those weapons came from deserters from the Mexican Army. Many come from South America or Russia. Another little known fact is that one deserter took a helicopter with him. You won’t hear about this in the mainstream media.
The lifting of the “assault weapons” ban did not cause the problem as he claimed. Former President Fox crack down on the drug cartels started the violence. Besides, being classified as an “assault weapon” is only about cosmetic changes like a pistol grip and bayonet holder. Real assault weapons are fully automatic. Another lie from the lips of this hypocrite.
He went on to say that there over 7,000 gun shops along the US border. Figuring there are 1950 miles of the US/Mexican border that would mean there is a gun store roughly every 3 miles. Now that was probably the biggest lie of them all.
He also lied about his country’s immigration policy. They have a lot stricter immigration than the US. Don’t forget Arizona’s law came from US Code. Venture across to the Mexican side while hunting and you’ll wind up rotting in a Mexican jail.
He does not want to stop illegal immigration. That was another lie. It is estimated that nearly 1 billion dollars a month is sent to relatives in Mexico by illegals here in the US. That money coming into his country could be referred to as free money.
If I could say any thing to Calderon it would be from the words of Jesus. Remove the beam from your own eye before you take the mote out of your brother’s eye. If I lied before Congress like he did I'd be in the federal pen.

Another Jesus
As I watched the TEA parties from around the country I saw a sign that disturbed me. It said “Jesus was a socialist.” This was being carried by one of the many infiltrators that tried to crash the parties. Where did they get this idea? The sign was from the Young Democratic Socialists.
It seems like liberal theology began to rise shortly after World War II. Rather it was not widely accepted until then. There have always been those that rejected the Bible as God’s word. From this disbelief of the Bible arose this other Jesus. The Apostle Paul warned about this in II Corinthians 11:4.
This other Jesus is the one that has been created by liberals. Contrary to what the liberal theologians tell you this is not the Jesus that was portrayed in the Gospels and Epistles. It is not the Jesus that men like James, John, Peter and Paul preached that cost them their lives. It is not the Jesus of the men like Polycarp or Ignatius who also gave their lives to speak about him. It is not the same Jesus that was preached throughout the world by men like John Knox, Dwight Moody, Charles Spurgeon, The Wesleys, Puritans like Stephen Charnock, A.W. Tozer, R.G. Lee and Billy Graham just to name a few. It is not the same Jesus that is being proclaimed from many pulpits in this nation and around the world.
It is the Jesus that says anything goes or if it feels right do it preached by many liberal “preachers” throughout the world. It is the Jesus that many a liberal politician rails about when it comes to social justice. It is the Jesus that is worshipped by those that kill the unborn. My best example would be the Jesus preached by “Reverend” Wright. It is the Jesus that our president accepted after 20 years in his church.
If you hear the question “What would Jesus do?” decide which Jesus they are talking about. Is it the Jesus of the Bible or is it that other Jesus Paul warned us about?
